In this week’s podcast, we brought up the topic of IG influencer’s fitness plans we have tried in the past and recommend the one we learned the most from. We also talk about how a beginner can get started in the gym like working out with a trainer for a while to learn correct forms of exercises and later apply it to your own fitness plan in the future. Since Anthony and I are in between the intermediate and advanced levels of fitness, we now make our own gym plans. It will be easier to do so once you learn more about certain exercises that work well for your body and correct form so you do not get hurt in the gym.
