When I was a young teen, I would use the little money I had to buy health foods and vitamins to try out different therapies and remedies. This was and still is exciting to me! When I was older, I worked at a local health food store and I was able to learn even more about health foods and listen to other people’s success stories on treating their sicknesses.
The passion I have for health all started because I am a long time sufferer of anxiety and depression. I wanted to combat this by finding ways to heal these ailments without prescription medicines, which cause strange and sometimes deadly side effects. Don’t get me wrong, there were times in my life where I was sucked into the world of prescription medicine to cure myself because I trusted my doctors and personally, I was at an extremely low point in my life. I must say that this is why I’m here today, starting this blog, to try to teach people what I have learned along the way and also try new remedies for ailments I am and will experience in this tough thing called life.
