Welcome back! This week we chose the topic: taking initiative to go to the gym in the mornings and the pros and cons of doing so. Some of these pros being: the gym is less crowded, getting a boost of endorphins before work and not having to deal with this Atlanta traffic in the afternoons. Anthony and I started going to the gym in the morning near the beginning of 2019 and we both agreed that it was one of the best decisions we’ve made this year by far. In this podcast, we also talk about the steps you should take the night before to prepare for your early morning workouts such as, getting enough sleep and laying out your work clothes and gym equipment the night before. As you will hear in the podcast, the benefits drastically outweighed the cons and we recommend everyone take the initiative to go the gym in the mornings.
